it, Dzhenet and all of us we have a feeling of profound gratitude in relation to Izabel Briggs-Majers which have acquainted us with this remarkable method of knowledge of and associates and only recently obtained a worthy recognition: in September, 2001 it has posthumously received honourable doctor's degree from college Hartvik. It, died in 1980, once it was already put forward on degree of the honourable doctor, however at the last minute to it it has been refused rewarding as someone has considered that its work has appeared insufficiently «it» for such honour. The symposium under the name «Women was action where to it at last have handed over this degree, celebrate women», and Otto has invited me there to act. To underline that Izabel at last could step over prejudices existing in a society (substantially repeating destiny of the opening), I have named the speech «the Deceit of a society which at last has revealed».It has opened means with which help we could make the world better. We can thank the lucky stars only that she has managed so remarkably to dispose of the energy, the mind and creative potential.
We also express profound gratitude of Otto, Dzhenet and Hajlu Ratledzhu, and also to their assistants from the company «Otto Kreger Assoshiejts» that they have continued business of Izabel in area it in whole and in this book in particular. This added edition of the book «Types of people and business» will open still before separate people and the whole organisations new possibilities in self-knowledge sphere in the modern world which becomes more and more difficult.

How to use this book
As it becomes clear from this book, different people can carry out the daily problems absolutely differently. This statement is fair also with reference to reading of books.
The book «Types of people and business» consists of three parts. The first part will acquaint you with bases it; it will help you to understand the personal preferences and to understand, how their knowledge is capable to help you with any aspects of your activity. In the second part of the book we will tell to you about how to apply this knowledge and opening in ten basic areas of any direction of business. And, at last, in the third part of the book we will in detail stop on each of sixteen basic types of the person and we will talk about their merits and demerits in job.
