Now, lower a hand along a body and allow to it to relax. Move fingers and feel, as muscles submit to your control. You can make such hand much!
The control which I recommend, is in many respects similar on to what hand fingers submit. Such control over your time (and your life) is not too rigid (strained, afflicted, violent), and not too weak (apathetic, indifferent, lazy). He will allow you to bring matters to the end and to be flexible and creative in your activity.
By means of such control you can achieve ideal balance. - on timing and the friend
