Here the curious fact: it seems to us that we prefer to deal with unlike people, but in a reality only few of us are ready to be reconciled with individual distinctions. In spite of the fact that we speak: «to Everyone the» — and sincerely we believe in it, all of us actively counteract those people who show "willfulness". In organisation frameworks such unwillingness can submit to be considered at the best as absence of fidelity, and in the worst — as dangerous or harmful behaviour. But with the help it you learn enough to learn to appreciate really some of these individual distinctions and we will find enough patience to be reconciled with them for the sake of advantage of separate persons or the whole organisations.But to begin with you will need to be defined with own type. Thanking it you can define the individual preferences and understand, than you are similar to the colleagues, and than from them differ. Do not forget about that these four steams reflect only preferences. As comparison let's look at domination at the person of one hand — left or right. If you the right-handed person, it does not mean that you never use the left hand. It means only that you prefer the right hand. And this preference can appear at you very strong thanks to what you begin to use the left hand rather seldom or, on the contrary, will use it practically as more often, as well as right, practically having turned in it. The Same is correct and for the preferences listed above. You can actively use any one property from pair, and to another to resort incidentally. As on pages of this book we will study all preferences, describing both components of each pair, you can reveal at yourselves both that and other property. You any will prefer however one of them, that, on what to you to rely easier and to what you naturally gravitate.
