The basic advantages of representatives of this temperament (able to outgrow and in lacks) are that:- Phenomenal ability to work with people so those as much as possible open themselves.
- Tendency, ability to convince.
- Strong aspiration to help another.
- Ability easily and freely to support others.
At job intuitive ethics — positive, benevolent idealists though warmth peculiar to them in dialogue does not allow surrounding to disagree with them. They appear often to carry out uneasy supervising functions as they give to the workers too much freedom. In the idealism intuitive ethics are inclined to see in carriers of the power of heroes and heroines and when affairs go safely, to feed for them fanatical fidelity. However we stand it to learn that their heroes — the most usual people as fidelity risks to be replaced by disappointment and even discontent owing to what job can lose for intuitive ethics sense. If intuitive it runs the business, he will be inclined to trust not so much qualification of other person, how much to the arrangement to it. In spite of the fact that it can fill with enthusiasm any relations, the return is correct also: the real contribution of the employee to business will not be noticed, if its originality does not call liking.
The motto intuitive it is that: «Greetings, I intuitive it and I here to help you».
Intuitively-logic temperament (NT)
Intuitive logicians receive the information, being based on abstract thinking and within the limits of certain concepts (intuition), and then filter it by means of objective decision-making process (logician). In the aspiration to competence (to which it is not visible the end), they continually are guided by aspiration to theorise and comprehend. Aspiring to explain a universe, they continually ask questions like "what for" and "why": what for there is this rule? Why we cannot make differently? Intuitive logicians — passionate fans of an adventurous style of life whom, that without realising, can risk so, what is it will endanger the people who are near to them.
