At last, you approach to edge of a mooring and lower a foot thumb in water: it really cold. You sit down on edge and lower both feet in water: to you became even colder. You weaken knees and water reaches your thighs: the cold scolds you to bones. This torture exhausts you, and you say to yourselves that in five minutes you finish it. You rise. To jump or dive? You decide to jump, float metres fifteen to a raft, then back to coast and if to you it will be still cold, to leave water, to be rubbed off and play in a golf. Nobody appoints to you time for a diving. You decide to count to hundred. Hundred, ninety nine, ninety eight... All of you say each number more slowly. Four, three, two, one, a jump! You in water also float to a raft. Forward! But, perhaps, you can withdraw Probably that in an hour all of you still be in lake if you liked to float at the invigorating temperature. If you have got out of water after five minutes of swimming, that, probably, still play the lake championship on Ping-Pong. Make use of the experience A week later, having come back home, you can recollect your bathing and use a method "I will finish in five minutes" for morning gymnastics. Even prior to the beginning of holiday the doctor has advised to you to be engaged in morning exercices. You have already got the grant, and it calls disgust you. Every morning before your holiday you rose and with groan said: "Is not present! Only not today! Perhaps, tomorrow". To you has bothered to groan and you wish to find more comprehensible appearance. You have solved, what five minutes you can find for morning exercices. You put an alarm clock for five minutes. Then open the grant and begin exercises, mowing one eye on an alarm clock. As soon as it has rung out, you feel that are rescued by a call from the further physical tortures and sigh with simplification. You continue to have disgust for gymnastics, but, at least, you have started it to do. Perhaps, you gradually will increase its duration about six minutes, then to seven, and then even about eight minutes. ![]()
