From experience of dialogue with thousand people I have come to a conclusion that it is much better to consider planning, as "written job", than "cogitative". In the subsequent heads some exercises will be offered to you, and I will ask you to write answers to some questions. If you write down answers, you will be engaged in less empty dreams, and it will help you to make more correct decisions.I name time spent by you on planning, "Time of Decisions" because planning is engaged in it: decision-making that when and properly you to make.
During long-term, intermediate term and short-term planning, you should:
- To make the list - To define priorities.
All subjects mentioned by you in the list, are equivalent. As soon as you will make the list, distribute affairs in an order of their importance for you now.
In my opinion, any list is not full while it does not show an order of importance of affairs. As soon as you have made such list, finish its definition of priorities.
The planning alphabet
Use the first letters of the alphabet for classification of the importance of your affairs: write a capital letter "And" at the left a sheet of paper and specify here those affairs which for you are most important. Affairs of the "average" importance, and in group "In" - the least significant Would will appear in the respective image in a category.
As you will distribute them on columns "And", and "In", you will see that your choice is partly conditional. You are not absolutely assured of that, your choice is how much correct. But comparison of various affairs with each other will allow you to sort gradually them on three groups. The affairs which have appeared in a column "And", will be the most valuable to you. For this reason you should give a maximum of time, devoting first of all the efforts to affairs from group "And", then of group "", then of group "In".
In view of time of day and urgency degree, you can distribute affairs from group "And" one after another - it-1, it-2, it-3, it-4 etc. Certainly, such distribution of affairs is conditional and depends on your point of view (do not forget that you, and only you, make decisions). Probably that business is in group "And" when you think of those advantages which you receive after job end over it. However, it having appeared halfway and having met difficulties, you find out that to you sicken those inconveniences with which your course is connected, and you throw the business on the middle. Whether this business to a class "And" in general belonged?
