Introverts, as well as extroverts, aspire to feel that they personally participated in process of statement of the purposes to realise that these purposes — «their own». But here they do it differently. They aspire to consider that inform them, to "process" the received information alone with itself a little, understanding that finally their internal experiences is the most sated part of all similar actions. Managers-introverts in the course of statement of the purposes consider much more convenient to extend written projects «for preliminary it and preparations» which then become a starting point for movement to objects in view. The matter is that for the introvert important that all have appeared prepared, that is would weigh the words, instead of would cut bluntly.
