The factor «Z»The technique of the decision of problems ideal and favourable to all should reduce risk of failure to a minimum, raise success of activity and allow all to those who is mentioned by this problem, as much as possible to involve the potential and to remain happy.
With the help it this ideal can be embodied in a reality.
As much as possible effective of the methods of the decision of problems found us we name «the Method of the decision of problems« Z »». It is developed not by us: this method was issued thanks to Izabel Briggs-Majers. Developing the theory of types of the person, she has found out that the correct decision of a problem includes four factors:
1. Collecting of the facts: use possibilities it in details to analyse a solved problem.
2. Study of possibilities: use intuition possibilities to count variants of succession of events and the problem decision.
3. The objective analysis: use logic possibilities to consider effect from each possible decision of a problem through a prism of relationships of cause and effect.
4. Influence of result on people: use ethics possibilities to estimate, as decisions offered by you will work on all those who is involved in a problem.
As you will see from resulted below the diagramme if to follow this plan, leaning against the preferences expressed by two letters from the middle of your four-letter code (it — intuition, logic — ethics), you as though outline the letter «Z» — from here and the name of this method of the decision of problems.
Method of the decision of problems «Z»
Not very well, what your type of the person — uses this method any can. Remember that all of us we possess properties of each of eight preferences — it and introversions, it and intuitions, logic and ethics, rationality and irrationality, but in character of each person one component from each pair prevails only.
