Considering all told, it is necessary to acquire three conclusions about interaction of commands:- Generally intensity in relations between departments is caused by personal distinctions of employees. In particular, in any large organisation (or establishment) intuitively-logic and sensorno-rational types make 80 % of employees. In that case you arrive wisely if will cease to storm inaccessible heights and from the very beginning decide to work in that direction which corresponds to your preferences more. Differently, if you the etiko-irrational type, to you is is better to use potential of the type on all of 100 % and not to aspire to turn in logic it only because it will open to you a way upward: finally the final journey will lead you up a blind alley. The got advantages will not satisfy you, and here the stress will appear considerable. It is very important to understand, as your own style is rich enough with possibilities, is important and creatively high-grade.
