I had to recollect once again lessons of my rich daddy concerning short-term and long-term planning. My rich daddy learnt me: "you always should have" big "a plan and" small "the plan on every day. You always should learn to speak" no "to people and circumstances which will try to steal your time".All depends on, whether you will manage to cope with these inevitable devourers of time and whether you are ready to reserve time part. I do not know other way, except the following: to increase probability of that you carry out your vital purposes, you should plan time on every day.
Unless somebody has time for planning?
As though you have been occupied, you always should find time for planning. Than it is less at you than a free time, for you careful planning of time is especially important. Spend for planning only ten minutes in the beginning or the end of day and these expenses are with interest compensated for you. Sometimes to you will seem that you are very occupied, and you decide that you do not have time for planning. However think: if you do not plan the day, you will have not enough time, and can be and in general it does not remain; if you do not plan time, you, undoubtedly, cannot distinguish important issues from the unimportant. Even, if you limit the activity only the important issues (from group "And"), most likely you do not make most important of them.
Therefore, though you think that you do not have time for planning the affairs when you are occupied, all of you equally will spend time, but randomly, thoughtlessly. Therefore I confirm: when we do not have not enough time for planning, we should allocate time for planning.
Is better to begin with planning your day, or it it to finish. Find advantages
There are many advantages in opening day from planning, with a fresh mind. As you work over the plan, all of you join in process of its drawing up, and then and performance more actively.
