To us the group of six dentists which have decided to run business together (all of them is known belong to type ISTJ). For this purpose they have accepted the clear and unambiguous agreement — to provide faultless health services of inhabitants of the area. They were engaged in private practice, and after two years have been compelled to realise that affairs at them go not very well.
What was not so? All of them were well prepared diplomaed professionals, and their services have been claimed in district. Why they could not become successful?
We have found out that these dentists belonged to the same type: all of them were people it a warehouse, methodical, almost conceiving and focused currently. Therefore any of them has not thought neither of the future, nor about wider prospect, neither about adjustment of relations with the public, nor about dialogue with clients, how to co-operate with each other more flexibly and openly. Speaking more shortly, they have ignored all it, intuitive, ethical and irrational aspects of dental surgery business. Anybody from them did not address to clubs of businessmen and parental committees (it), nobody has worked to predict fluctuations of requirements of inhabitants of area in stomatologic service (intuition). They did not give attention to any lovely and thin aspects of the trade — did not distribute toys to children and did not send letters of thanks to adults (ethics), and their conservatism did not allow them to consider attentively how they have appeared in so critical situation (irrationality).
