Behind frameworks of the obviousIt is easy to assume that all above told only keeps within common sense frameworks, and no more that. Certainly, it so. However in the heat of the conflict common sense — one of the first things of which we get rid. In spite of the fact that it everyone possesses, to follow it not always simply. If you are surrounded with the people similar to you, the common sense will prompt to you: «and the life is arranged». So, if you have appeared among introverts, this "common sense" will unambiguously render that people not always state that at them on mind but when they speak, surrounding them listen. Hence, the behaviour of the extrovert does not keep within common sense frameworks: obviously, it will appear «a nasty sheep», a source of problems. You will be surprised, when will understand, how it is difficult to realise up to the end to some people that, as other point of view has the right to existence. This fact can be comprehended reason and even heart and nevertheless experience will show absolutely return.
If you take into consideration type of the person of the person with which you have entered the conflict it can appear that settling of this conflict will demand from you slightly more time and it will appear more difficult business, than you would like, but an end result will be invariable better. On the one hand, if we ask you to express, we will apprehend your criticism absolutely differently than if you have acted with criticism without any request. On the other hand, the more we know about natural styles of behaviour each other, the more successfully we will help to overcome weaknesses peculiar to us each other. So, one person can notice to another that he only speaks, but does not listen, and to hear in the answer that it has occupied too a hard line or has hasty accepted something on an own bill.
The constructive resolution of conflict rests against one more difficulty — necessity to answer question «who is guilty also whose it is a problem?» Logicians are by nature inclined to write off all problems on the bill of the opponents in spite of the fact that it is correct only half. Ethics, on the contrary, are inclined to believe, as if it is their personal problem, and besides, only in 50 % of cases they will appear are right.
