Whether I should concentrate on the decision of short-term problems and try, that every day something became, or on the decision of long-term problems and by that to change procedure? I understood that that I have not undertaken, I will necessarily afflict somebody. If I undertake the decision of long-term problems I will miss short-term objectives.In such situation I had to develop a certain average, compromise variant, carrying out any part of orders daily, but simultaneously gradually introducing new system. It was a good lesson: what I have solved, I always should resolve the conflict between short-term and long-term objectives if only I wish to save the business and the mind.
Decision-making
Time use is a result of hundreds thousand big and small elections by which you do within each year, month, day, every week and minutes, deciding that you should make and how. Whether you give yourselves the report in why, for example, you make those or other decisions, concerning your relations with other people?
Here some examples:
Habits. From year to year you meet Johnss of once a month. You began to notice that these meetings of a steel all less and less interesting, and you should confess that lately you did not receive from them a great pleasure. And still these meetings have turned to firm institute of your life that you continue them to support.
Requirements of others. Your husband insists, that you have invited home pair which can help him with its affairs. At last, you concede, though it at all is not pleasant to you.
Empty dreams. You keep the house and dream of how it would be good if you have spent time with other pair which you saw recently. However you never dare to invite them as be afraid that this pair will consider you too persuasive.
Casual choice. You unexpectedly make decision to go in the evening on a concert, call to Andersens, inviting them with you, but find out that they are occupied, and you agree to go with other pair which far is not pleasant to you the same as Andersens.
