11. THE SOFTWARE CHOICEIt will be a question of a choice of the software intended for the accounting, warehouse, administrative account. It is possible to tell, what is it the programs intended for current job of the enterprise. In the end of section the short review of legal-reference systems will be given.
At trading, industrial or trading-industrial activity there is a movement of the goods, materials. The warehouse account is necessary. If you supervise over manufacture it accounting is necessary, there is an arrival, leaving, raw materials write-off. More often the organisations have basic means, they too are necessary for considering. In sphere of services it is usually possible to manage only an extract of primary documents, warehouse conducting is not required. It facilitates the account, and the program can be reduced only to the accounting block.

In such programs access to another's data too gives in to a regulation. Blocks in specialised programs it is possible to connect and receive programs of operation of business. There are some specific programs, for example for management of hotel, cafe, restaurant, building, formally it is possible to consider them specialised.
