Selection and personnel dismissal«Whether we can entrust our job each other so that anybody has spoilt nothing?» When before us there is such problem as selection and dismissal of employees, we usually take of an inconsistent position. In what the reason of it? In absolutely natural fact: at job, behind entertainments and even in church it is easier and easier to us to deal with the people reminding ourselves. It is possible to tell with confidence that irrespective of who is responsible for a set of employees — separate structures of the organisation or its uniform personnel service, — the typed personnel in the majority invariably finds out typological similarity to higher employees of the company. And more often it appears that these higher employees possess the same preferences — logic (objective decisions) and rationality (methodicalness, structure, an order). And matter is not that owners of other preferences are incompetent: as in those systems where the profit and productivity are as the corner-stone put, advantage departs to logicians-ratsionalam. Representatives of other types, how much qualified they were, are doomed to leave the organisations prematurely. Let's result some facts: - According to the data «Otto Kreger Assoshiejts», and also of some the American and Japanese organisations on job with shots, 60 % of heads all over the world belong to logiko-rational types. - According to our information, the business world on 80 % is formed by representatives of intuitively-logic and sensorno-rational types. At the same time in the sum representatives of these types make only 50 % of the population. Rising on more and more high levels of the organisations, you will meet the increasing percent of owners of these preferences. To us there were structures in which representatives of the higher echelons of a management on 90 % consisted of intuitive logicians and touch it. ![]()
