Fortunately, Arthur has accepted it and thanks to it could understand, what extreme measures were reached by its style of life. We have asked it to bring in the schedule of a few time for rest, and at the same time to add there such employment, as listening of music and other quiet employment which are not demanding neither responsibility, nor the report. It has allowed Arthur to relax and at the same time not to be receded from the plans a little. As well as in a case with Ajrin, we have begun with simple measures, moving ahead to relax step by step so Arthur liked, and sometimes the schedule of its affairs even faded into the background in comparison with this fleeting sensation. Variety of actions, from the planned exercises on deep breath and a relaxation before the calming procedures influencing various sense organs, rendered more and more beneficial influence on Arthur so as a result of its way of life became less rigid.Besides, we did not aim to transform Arthur in it — yes it and was not to us on forces: we only wanted, that it became hardly to less rigid, and by means of planning of it it was possible to reach is better.
