We have helped this chief to realise all degree of its autocracy and to understand that its good intentions have led to return results. To both parties we have helped to be convinced of the following: objectively conceiving logicians have faced the benevolent chief-etikom, and both parties as it is peculiar it, persistently held the ground.Having reduced the conflict to typological opposition, we have managed to show to all its participants that all of them were right, but did not listen to opponents. As extroverts and introverts approach to command job
As it is a pity, but extroverts and introverts look at problems of interaction and command job from polarly opposite positions that generates an array of problems, since low labour productivity and finishing insufficient dialogue of members of team during job, and also before job.
If to speak about job potential in the command extroverts sometimes demand more time and attention, tyre associates and seem elementary importunate. Employees can consider them as everybody, from egoists and it to the big whimsical children greedy for another's attention. Obviously, similar characteristics hardly probable will be stimulus for cooperation.
As to introverts they are inclined to keep a significant amount of data around. Associates can concern it with suspicion, considering that the introvert has decided to subordinate to itself the command, concealing the information, or that to it to what there are no affairs.
Certainly, even the one who is superficially familiar with it, we will tell to you, what not all above-stated characteristics are unreasonable. At the same time a similar way of stereotypic estimations widespread and as a result participants of the command do by the behaviour and «gluing of shortcuts» the joint success impossible.
Not to do similar errors, owners of both preferences should reach simple and reliable compromises. For example, the extrovert can ask quite lawfully or even to demand to pay it attention. But simultaneously the extrovert needs to learn to speak about the needs unambiguously: «you could not give me pair of minutes — I would like to share with you the thoughts?»; «you would not like to state the opinion?»; «I simply think aloud — I ask you not to interfere with it». Introverts, certainly, should clear up the intentions in turn: «I Will be glad it to make in half an hour when I will finish this document», or «it is probable, I not the best adviser in this question».
