Certainly, even the one who is superficially familiar with it, we will tell to you, what not all above-stated characteristics are unreasonable. At the same time a similar way of stereotypic estimations widespread and as a result participants of the command do by the behaviour and «gluing of shortcuts» the joint success impossible. Not to do similar errors, owners of both preferences should reach simple and reliable compromises. For example, the extrovert can ask quite lawfully or even to demand to pay it attention. But simultaneously the extrovert needs to learn to speak about the needs unambiguously: «you could not give me pair of minutes — I would like to share with you the thoughts?»; «you would not like to state the opinion?»; «I simply think aloud — I ask you not to interfere with it». Introverts, certainly, should clear up the intentions in turn: «I Will be glad it to make in half an hour when I will finish this document», or «it is probable, I not the best adviser in this question». ![]()
