When I was the child, in our house was always full of people from the education world. It were very good people. When I appeared in the house of my rich daddy, there was full of people from the business world. They too were very good people. All the matter is that more often it were no same people.To make starting jerk never late
While I grew, me often asked, whether I am going to to go in the footsteps of the father and to become the teacher. I remember, how I responded with children's frankness: itHere still! I will be the businessmanit. Has passed many years before I have understood that I like to learn. In 1985 I have started to give for businessmen of lecture on business and investment, and it was necessary to me to liking. I took pleasure in teaching because did it how studied itself. Games, command competitions, group discussions and object lessons were the best methods of training for me. Instead of punishing for errors, I encouraged them. Instead of offering listeners individual tests, I practised the group. Instead of silence in an audience heated arguments boiled and the rock'n roll rattled. In other words, at first actions, then errors, then lessons and laughter for a dessert.
In other words, my method of teaching was a complete antithesis to a method of school system. I learnt almost the same as learnt me both houses of mine of the daddy. As it has appeared, such way of training was preferred by many, and I have earned the big money, often appointing a payment on one thousand dollars from the person. I managed to combine a technique of teaching of two my fathers with lessons of the reference with money and their investments, received in due time from the rich daddy. I was engaged in what it is oath promised to do never. It was possible to master a trade of the teacher much earlier, but pupils whom it was necessary to learn, as me were necessary to me. In business there is a concept: itFind a free niche and fill itit. I have found very big niche, set of the people wishing that training was fascinating and the pleasure gave.
