The naturalist has placed caterpillars along the flowerpot edge, one for another so they have formed a vicious circle. Caterpillars began to creep circles on pot edge.The naturalist has decided that some time later they should «understand humour», will get tired from senseless it circles and will go on food searches. However by force of habit caterpillars with the same speed indefatigably crept round a pot seven days and nights. Certainly, they would continue to creep and further, if not extreme degree of exhaustion. In spite of the fact that nearby caterpillars were waited by plentiful food, they crept, have not died yet of hunger. Certainly, all of us it is dependent on the habits. However it for which words "habit", "custom", "tradition", "precedent" and "standard" sound as a spell, often are inclined to follow blindly the course, often depriving each other of purpose vision. The result is that: the chain it circles. Definitely, "caterpillar" model of the decision of problems of any of them will not solve. To find the decision, it is required to reduce rate, to consider variants and, probably, to be some time in an uncertainty status; any of these tactics will not lead to immediate and important results, however all of them promote acceptance of strong and thorough decisions. It is possible to draw the following conclusion: the more people participates in the problem decision, the longer she can dare, but the more workers will be betrayed to the business and that it will be better an end result. --- As this any enough selection of questions, concept shows «the decision of problems» it is possible to define rather widely. It has allowed us to conclude that quality of decisions directly depends on that, how much a variety we will bring in process of the decision of a problem. Certainly, to diversify it is easier in words, than in practice. After all just as individual distinctions become a key to more creative and dynamical decisions, they can and stimulate our abilities under the decision of problems, and block them. Thereupon it, with its natural positive bias, provides to us base for the constructive and effective decision of problems. ![]()
