Thus planters provided to themselves stable inflow it. When I have learnt it, my blood has boiled, and I have decided to select not medical, but teaching career. I wished to achieve, that the system gave to each child chance to get good education. I was full of desire to battle to the big business and the government to guarantee to each child higher educational levelit.My father all life struggled for changes in system and finally has suffered defeat. In the end of the life it has been recognised by one of two largest educators for 150-year-old history of education on Hawaii. In spite of the fact that its merits have been highly appreciated by the people working in system, it as a whole remained former. As I already spoke, this system has been created for a survival, instead of for changes, not to mention that to many people she was of use bad service. It has provided excellent results for those of 30 percent of pupils which it was convenient within the limits of system. A problem that the existing system was created hundred years ago during an agrarian epoch when there were no cars, planes, radio, TV, computers and the Internet. She is not capable to march in step with technological and social changes. This system is stronger than a dinosaur and as it is ruthless, as an alligator. That is why my daddy indefatigably supervised over our training in-home, speaking:it To receive good marks not so it is important how to find the talent it.
In other words, each child studies in own way. Business of parents it patiently and carefully to search for ways of training which approach their child more, and then to support working out by this child of its own formula of a victory in study.
