The declaration on your Vital Purposes, your list "That it is necessary to make" and your schedule will allow you to put under the control an expenditure you of the time. Each of them is valuable means in planning of your life. However they do not approach for every minute decisions which should be accepted constantly.
Who can spend for fifteen minutes of tens times in day for planning of the actions? Anybody. You will manage to make nothing. Therefore I wish to offer you new reception to use it quickly and effectively so much time during the day, how much it is necessary for you. This reception is called " Robert's question" which sounds so: "As now it is possible to waste time with the greatest advantage?"
At first you should ask constantly to yourselves this question every time as soon as you are not assured of, whether correctly you use the time. In the subsequent this question will turn to your habit. If at first you respond on "Robert's question": I "do not know", then the best way of use by you of available time is repetition of this question. If you have received again the answer: I "do not know", tell: "I already heard It. The answer better" is necessary to me.
I do not wish to impose you silly game. Simply I wish to draw your attention to that if you do not know how to use your time in the best way, that the main business for you is the decision of this problem.
Therefore continue to set to itself "Robert's question", yet do not receive any reasonable answer. Stop, as soon as you receive the first answer. Almost always the first (intuitive) answer on "Robert's question" is the best, and you should accept it. But, certainly, always there is an error possibility. Therefore, before to start action, wait some seconds.
Probably that today your intuition took the day off. If you feel that it is impossible to operate on the basis of the first decision, is better immediately to find to it suitable alternative.
As well as all new habits, a rule to set to itself " Robert's question" demands known practice. In process of acquisition of experience you will find out that your self-trust will increase also you will constantly think out good answers.
