Rational introverts: strong silent peopleIntroverts with rational preference (types ISTJ, ISFJ, INFJ and INTJ) in many respects remind the colleagues — the rational extroverts having with them the general rational properties. Their behaviour can be described as concentrated, resolute and focused on an end result; they are inclined to instruct and excessively to supervise all. At the same time, being introverts, they not too reach for the external world phenomena (to people, places, subjects and actions): more likely they stay in the private world of reflexions, ideas and concepts.
Rational introverts can be met often on supervising posts, and their list it advantages is impressive enough. Such strong and silent people fall under a stereotype of "strong personality"; subordinates appreciate that atmosphere of concentration and reflexions which the head — the rational introvert introduces in the command or the organisation.
