In this exercise each manager should make an own order of these subjects. Then the groups which participants should come to the consent concerning are made of them in what order to arrange all these subjects. Similar process reproduces a real situation of acceptance by decision collective when you come to the meeting with several ideas, having a few knowledge on a question and possessing certain reactions to those people with which you should participate in acceptance of collective decisions.
The total point in this exercise is usually charged by any "special" criterion. Quite often participants of such groups possess the most different skills: there it can appear and the former marine trained in a survival in desert, and the bookkeeper who never spent the night open-air, however it is necessary to respect these individual distinctions and openly to discuss them, thereby to find the answer as much as possible close to "correct".
