Transform study into an entertainmentFrom the rich daddy I have learnt about money so much because he has managed to transform study into an entertainment. He constantly thought out games and did not try to "feed" violently me the information. If I did not wish to Study any subject, he allowed me to be engaged in that was interesting to me, or searched for a way to make interesting for to what he tried to learn me. Usually it always had on call something material, material that I could see, touch and feel as a lesson part. And, the most important thing, he never tried to break my spirit. Instead he tried to encourage me and to strengthen belief in my forces. When I committed an error, it gave me possibility to find her, instead of prompted a right answer. At it got patience to learn with love. He did not feel sorry for forces on opening in me the clever child, and never looked at me as on limited, braked or incapable of study though some things reached me slowly enough. It arranged the lessons under my possibilities unwillingness to acquire something new and did not arrange to me examinations. He never tried to compare my successes to successes of others as it is done by many parents. My clever daddy had in many respects a similar technique.
Teachers too require the help
The existing education system does not allow to use to teachers a similar technique and does not allow time to give enough attention to each child. The system demands, that teachers carried out training by a conveyor method. The school system is a factory which works on a production plan, disregarding features of the child. To change system many teachers, but as I already spoke tried, the education system is similar to an alligator, a being, created to survive, instead of to vary. That is why homeworks for parents and for children so are important it much more important, than tasks which the child brings from school.
Somehow I have heard the following statement from the teacher of one of elite universities: itBy nine years we already know, the child of successes in our system will achieve or not. We can precisely define, whether there are at the child qualities necessary for us and whether enough it is clever to cope with stagnancy of our system. Unfortunately, we do not have alternative system for children who are not adapted for conditions of oursit.
