itTHE CHAPTER VII. THE STATE REGISTRATION OF THE LEGAL PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH ITS LIQUIDATIONArticle 20. The notice on liquidation of the legal person
1. Founders (participants) of the legal person, or the body, made the decision on liquidation of the legal person, are obliged in three-day term in writing to notify on it registering body on the location of the liquidated legal person with the application of the decision on liquidation of the legal person.
2. The registering body brings in the state register record that the legal body is in process of liquidation. From this point on the state registration of the changes brought in constituent documents of the liquidated legal person, and also the state registration of the legal bodies as which founder the specified legal body acts, or the state registration of legal bodies which result from its reorganisation is not supposed.
3. Founders (participants) of the legal person or the body, made the decision on liquidation of the legal person, notify registering body on formation of the liquidating commission or about purpose of the liquidator, and also about drawing up of intermediate liquidating balance.
Article 21. The documents represented for the state registration at liquidation of the legal person
1. For the state registration in connection with liquidation of the legal person following documents are represented to registering body:
The statement signed by the applicant for the state registration under the form confirmed by the Government of the Russian Federation. In the statement proves to be true that the order of liquidation of the legal person established by the federal law is observed, calculations with its creditors are finished also questions of liquidation of the legal person co-ordinated with corresponding state structures and (or) municipal bodies in the cases established by the federal law;
Liquidating balance;
The document on State Tax payment.
2. At liquidation of the legal person in case of application of procedure of bankruptcy to registering body are represented:
