To some people extremely there is no saying "is not present". One woman visiting my seminars, has found out that it spends the most part of time, carrying out affairs of other people. When we have attentively disassembled from it developed position it has appeared that she spoke "yes" because was afraid to rise on protection of the priorities.Probably that its troubles have begun in the childhood. Her parents pressed on it, limited a freedom of action and not only said to it that it should do, but also when it should do it.
As we assorted its problems, she has understood that its unwillingness to tell "is not present" is unfair even in relation to surrounding people. She recognised that often says "yes" even when few any guarantees of that it can execute the promised. She has very much disappointed the person who was of great importance for her in one case. He would agree with other people if only has guessed that ' "yes" this woman actually means "can be '".
She has managed to make the correct decision, when, at last, has understood what to tell "yes" and not to fulfil the promise much worse, than to tell "is not present".
Besides unwillingness to tell "is not present" there are other ways of a deceit of people. The employee whom it is oath declares that "will be now made" (without dependence from that, he intends to carry out of the obligation or not), the colleague whom sympathy feels for you when actions are required, the person who asserts that never received your letter with the request - all of them plunder your time and own is simple because they have not learnt to speak "are not present".
All it testifies to low morals, low level of a business life, poor quality of interpersonal relations and complicates a life.
Compromises which are necessary
What to do, if to you with the request address your wife, your chief, your child, your parent or your best friend, and you feel, what cannot chop off bluntly it "are not present"? However, you can satisfy other people and not offer the priorities if will try to find compromises.
