When I speak to people: itdo not get to dependence on job. Do not count that the company will take care of your financial position. Do not wait that after leaving on pension your cares will be incurred by the stateit, it they shudder often and shrink. Instead of a flame and thirst of activity in looks I see fear. People cling to the guaranteed job instead of counting on own forces. Partly this bent for to guarantees speaks that. That they have not found the new individuality and do not believe in the ability to survive without assistance. They go in the footsteps of the parents, do that they did, and follow their advice itStudy to receive skills which are in demand at employersit. The majority of them will find job, but only units will receive a guarantee which search; it is difficult to receive a firm guarantee when your survival depends on someone another who will of a case will appear on the other hand a table.In July, 2000 Alan Grinspen, the chairman of board of Federal reserve bank, has mentioned an inflation question in one of the performances. As he said, in extremely low rate of unemployment the reason of low rates of inflation was that people wished to have the guaranteed job and the salary increase did not demand. Personally I see the reason that too many people have not received skills of a financial survival, therefore they have followed to council of parents and have gone on their stops.
Recently during one of interview my statements about an education system have resulted the reporter in indescribable fury. He well was in time at school, and it had a good, guaranteed job, therefore has attacked on me with words:
- Your way leaves, what people should not be workers? But what will be, if there are no workers? The world will stop.
