INFJThe inspiring leader and the follower
Every time when in business conditions checked up reliability is required, is better to address for it to INFJ. This type of the person focused on sphere of services as at job, and houses, directs the most part of the energy on improvement of surrounding conditions, especially conditions of human ability to live. Hardly probable such difficult thing as the human person, it is possible to describe precisely in a word. However, if to reflect about INFJ, for memory the word "softness" comes.
Representatives of type INFJ are concentrated to the private world, are inclined to thoughtfulness and reflexions (introversion), and a life perceive as a source of infinite possibilities and senses, considering it usually in wide prospect (intuition). All it finds expression in the ordered, planned and methodical way of life (rationality). Intuition INFJ in character it while its etiko-rational qualities are mainly directed on associates. This combination gives internal tendency sufficient rich and full of imagination which receives an exit in the form of care of associates, and owing to the orderliness inspires sufficient trust. INFJ do not speak — they create the blessings.
Many of characteristics of type INFJ — softness, care, attentiveness to another, the imagination and sociability — traditionally are considered more likely female, rather than as man's qualities. As a result of the representative of this type respond the majority of requirements which the society shows to the woman, behind a unique exception of a certain aura of the mysticism inherent INFJ. It-INFJ can threaten man's domination in the business world only when steeps in cares of others and loses any compliance. When there is something similar, the situation can become complicated that men demand the facts and objectivity (typical behaviour touch it), the woman-INFJ can leave impression of a separation of a reality that, however, in any way does not reduce its persistence. In similar circumstances of the man-touch it more and more strengthen pressure, but only rest against rigidity (rationality) and idealism (intuition-ethics) of a position of the woman-INFJ. At the same time representatives of this type respect for their acute mind; in the business environment they usually are considered soft, kind and careful.
