When conditions at job become too heated or hostile, INFP can run into trouble and alarm, aspiring to shut eyes to troubles in the spirit of ethical types. He can suddenly find out, in particular, negligence, a hypersensibility and uncharacteristic mediocrity for it, without filing special diligence. It can outgrow all in painfully sharp differences of mood, from gloomy silence to the furious criticism of others. In this criticism will find to myself a place and «a past heritage», absolutely not not concerning the arisen situation («And there is more to come — I am already full up that you...»).The similar behaviour is uncharacteristic for INFP and specifies that INFP is in a stressful status. If not to suppress this stress at an early stage, he risks to cause INFP a thorough damage, having turned back inflammation attacks it guts and it (both diseases especially prevail at INFP). Similar troubles can be reduced to a minimum if to learn to listen INFP and to induce them to share the problems. However, being introverts, they will go on it extremely reluctantly even if recognise that the similar measure will appear for them useful.
Thanks to the perspicacious mind, competence and idealism, INFP quite successfully rise in corporate hierarchy. To some extent it in every possible way promotes their strong aspiration to serve people though such growth can run counter to their other strong aspiration — to perfection. Excessive loadings and indefatigable efforts to the organisation blessing (which INFP often seem not noticed) can become result of it. All it can impulse to the most severe self-criticism as as it is convinced INFP, time never suffices it, and job never happens is executed properly. So INFP can assign to itself a martyr wreath, refusing the important dialogue for itself with chiefs, colleagues and subordinates (just with those people who try to help it).
Possibly, INFP prove from the best party when serve the ideals (and allow another to do the same). As responsibility INFP increases, it inevitably raise to that post where he should not be engaged in darlings to its heart employment any more in which he achieved such successes. Therefore representatives of the given type can give a piece of good advice: properly think before to accept increase which though will flatter your vanity, but risks to keep away you from employment in which you so succeeded.
