- Date of representation of documents at realisation of the state registration is day of their reception by registering body. The receipt on reception of documents stands out;- The registering body has not the right to demand representation of other documents, except the documents established by the Federal law;
- Registration is made within five working days from the date of reception of documents by registering body (probably increase in term of registration, for example, at moving of tax inspection).
You will give following documents in the authorised registering body:
- The statement signed by the applicant for the state registration under the form confirmed by the Government of the Russian Federation;
- The decision on creation of the legal person in the form of the report, the contract or other document according to the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- Constituent documents of the legal person (the Charter, the constituent contract);
- The document on State Tax payment.
You with all documents will come to tax inspection. Will hand over them in a corresponding window or an office. Receive the receipt on delivery/acceptance of documents and will go to reserve the press of your organisation. In five working days will come to the same tax inspection and receive on hands ready documents on your firm. It will be:
- The charter of your organisation it stitched and assured by tax inspection;
- The constituent contract (at its presence) it stitched and assured by tax inspection;
- The certificate on statement on the account in tax department with assignment of identification number the tax bearer (INN) and a code of the reason of statement on the account (check point);
- The certificate on the state registration of the legal person; - The circular with the appropriated codes of the State statistics; - The notice on registration in the Pension fund of the Russian Federation;
- The notice on registration in territorial Fund of obligatory medical insurance;
- The notice on registration in social insurance Fund.
