I have suggested it to have a rest in a weekend, having gone together with a family from the middle of Friday on lake Tagus coast. There it has removed a small small house in which it and his family began to spend each weekend within summer.It is not surprising that he has again fallen in love with the wife, has met the children, and its health was restored. As he has understood that cannot compensate the low labour productivity at the expense of increase in duration of working hours, it began to do the important issues during that time which was available at its order. Actually it began to do more than when worked for 60 hours per week though it has reduced working week at 15 o'clock.
As the award it has received many original ideas which have come to to it mind when he had a rest on the bank of lake. The only thing from what he has refused, it preparation of drawings which he has voluntary imposed itself(himself) when worked for 60 hours per week. Now he has charged to prepare drawings for the draftsman.
Whether you can work effectively if you have too got tired of excessively long job? Possibly, no. Can be will before to finish job better, to have a rest in second half of day and to return to job next day, to execute twice more.
It is possible to make more, doing nothing
I think that if you will manage so to plan the affairs that will find time to relax and "nothing to do", you will make much more and besides receive weight of pleasure.
I well remember the aviation engineer with whom we served together in the Navies. It had no concept that means "nothing to do". Each minute of his life has been filled by concentrated activities. It had a schedule for employment by physical culture and sports in which there was a place for skis and hockey, water skis and tennis. It had a girlfriend who accompanied it in these employment though she would prefer to sit simply at times at a fire and to relax. As well as many people, it felt requirement all time something to do. It seemed to it that "idleness" is a waste of time. When it "relaxed at a fire", he actually read magazine "Sajentifik Ameriken", or played a bridge. Even its love employment submitted to the rigid schedule.
