The stress it has one unpleasant feature: in a stressful status they aspire to put that does not give in to the control under the control even more strongly. In the course of this employment it is inclined to give vent to stress in the form of a sense of guilt, irritation, anger and disappointment, projecting them on itself or on associates. During such moments it it will be useful to "be released" from suddenly arising factors of stress (though, possibly, will carry out it in practice uneasy) and to pass to any more direct activity where it will be possible to organise or execute something. It can be everything, everything: putting in order on a desktop for performance of the next task or deletion of a maximum quantity of points from the list of current affairs. Speaking more shortly, it will arrive at such idea:« Here one of areas with which I am not able to cope, — it is necessary to postpone this job and to pass to one of my hobbies ». It will take the important step to stress suppression if can reach such degree of freedom.«You are not similar today to yourself!»
From time to time somebody can share with you similar supervision. More often associates thus let to us know that we are in a stressful status. We have a friend who has told to our the following story:
«One of my jobs assumed that once a month I together with eleven other advisers fill weight of forms within the limits of the contract with the government which, thus, provides payment of our job. For this purpose it was required to work thoroughly with papers, and all followed carry out precisely, differently the financial department rejected forms and detained all checks for the salary. As the extrovert and intuitive ethics (ENF), I with pleasure performed similar job for others as it helped all to receive wished and by that I rendered to all collective good service. But every month, when came it is time to fill these forms, I remained to work in loneliness at the office deprived of windows and turned in perfect other person. All were inclined to avoid me, and I did not realise that during such moments there is something similar.
