At many of ours with Kim of investments the recoupment factor is equal to infinity, that is we receive many money, without putting in general anything. Last our investment into the real estate was the rent property which brings to us of 45 percent of the net profit, and its big part is free from taxes. For us such 45 percentage return is an average factor of profitableness of our investments. And still, when I name this figure some of my acquaintances, they think that I exaggerate or I tell them a lie. Besides, all business-in different level of financial education.
To put it briefly, the recoupment factor in 7,75 percent without taxes is of interest, but is not especially attractive. We use it to attach a spare cash for term in six months or more while we study details of the following investment. When to us money is required, we simply liquidate one position, more often the income of a capital increase in value, and we invest the received money. Sometimes we attach money through so-called it ' in rent actions of a class With it and for today they bring 3,5 percent of the income against 1,85 percent of the savings bill. Advantage of actions of a class With that at the same liquidity as municipal hypothecary mortgages REIT, at them have less risk level and where risk there is less, there there is less return factor. But as we with Kim do not require money and we have time for game on market rate REIT we prefer REIT with their higher profitableness. As I more than once spoke, financial education will pay off sooner or later.
