Let's note, in particular, department of operations under mortgages: it headed ESTP — it whereas in department staff prevailed it. As we already spoke, extroverts are inclined to break silence by the verbosity. And though similar tactics can be of use good service on formal dinner party or on appointment, she at all does not guarantee positive result during interview for employment. One our client, ESTJ, has told to us as has gone on such interview — there it should meet the general manager — the introvert. This person listened to it while we ESTJ talked profusely. If there was a casual pause and the managing director had not time to fill it, our extrovert again came back to "speciality" — to unremitting conversation. In the heat of interview he has recollected the lessons it, having realised: «I only also do that I speak, without letting this person of possibility think or to react. It seems, I miss the chance».
