Into problems of Dzhudi entered to develop similar programs and to select for them employees, watching their effective performance. This job completely responded potential of Dzhudi. It has suddenly appeared that advantages of Dzhudi, of use to it once such good service — its objectivity and attention to details, — have turned back lacks. They any more did not correspond the optimistic, painted personal feelings to atmosphere of voluntary affairs and public programs. It has called to the aid the main talents ESTJ. It penetrated into the smallest details of projects, made autocratic decisions instead of accepting them in the course of collective job. She insisted on observance of the reporting and always wished to know, what reports and to what term should it be presented. All its activity ran counter to job of volunteers which aspired to help the neighbours and the area irrespective of the company. As a result of the program of Dzhudi began to hang in air; volunteers have ceased to come, and those who has already agreed to work, either were not in general, or loafed about. Even direct subordinated Dzhudi who enthusiastically concerned similar programs even before its purpose, began to lose to them interest. It felt: with the new job it does not consult. ![]()
