The college in which we conducted research, differed the program of vocational training constructed at competition and rigid selection, developed for education of the future leaders. In this program for students of last and penultimate courses trips to Boston, New York and Washington where they had possibility to observe professionals in the field of activity have been planned. Process of selection of students included personal interview and the composition which the student should convince of the ability to put the purpose and to reach them, having become successful. We have studied the data under this program for many years, and rational extroverts invariably dominated there: annually they made more than 70 % of participants of groups.
This program of preparation of heads so involved rational extroverts for the same reason on which they so succeed often on supervising posts in fields of activity selected them. Owners of these positions, apparently, radiate a self-trust, competence and reliability so even when they are not assured in something literally or are not right, all the same seem resolute and right.
