As the history shows (and common sense), the company in which there is no moral unity, hardly probable will succeed in the market. But the return is correct also: close unity without attention to the facts and terms of jobs will lead to that the company will appear almost unpredictable in the activity. It is some kind of a link between two these necessary approaches — logic according to which successfully working company should not lose sight of reference points facing to It — its purposes, and ethical according to which for achievement of these purposes the attention is necessary to pay to the people performing job. It underlines that fact that people should not change the personal preferences to correspond, even if thereby they will go counter to the majority, and asserts also that the contribution of such people to business partly and consists in being oneself. We do not get tired to underline, as it is important to form teams so that in them logic and ethical approaches were combined. The history of the American business knows many examples of how the companies relied exclusively on logic model (according to which quality of job speaks for itself), ignoring more subjective, emotional aspects of the area of the market. As to the companies leaning simultaneously on logic and ethical approaches they achieved prosperity even then when their production was not in the lead in the area. For memory company "General Electrics" comes, in particular: in spite of the fact that from the technological point of view its production not always surpasses production of competitors, it was in the lead often in the area as successfully played upon heartstrings of consumers — eventually, it after all «fills a life with good things». ![]()
