5. Simply you the clever, knowing and initiative person to whom possibility to begin the business was presented.
It, in my opinion, principal causes. Can be present one or the several simultaneously. Other reasons are possible, to me they are not known. Incentive motives too can be the most different. It is necessary for one more money, independence is necessary to the second, the third worry about the old age, the fourth would like to create a workplace which nobody will take away, to the fifth the status of the proprietor is important, and the subsequent something is required to the sixth still. Anyway, the decision is accepted also you start.
Incentive motives are, in my opinion, stronger push to action, than the reasons. There will be no the motives, the rest will not work all. Without them you continue career of the hired worker. After all own business bears in itself at first problems, and only then the pleasant moments. It is important to realise, what exactly has forced you to dare at opening of the business. You require it first of all, the rest to know it absolutely not necessarily. Knowledge of the most difficult and necessary knowledge. Study and get used to necessity to know about itself the truth and to do from this conclusions. The most important thing that accurate comprehension of incentive motives will not allow to be engaged in self-deception. Being the hired worker, getting wages, you presume to amuse to yourselves own vanity and not to admit to yourselves why you work at this job. After all the real reasons can be at all that you speak to associates. First of all, it is a habit and fear of changes. Further the convenient site of job, the good schedule, perfect relations with the immediate superior (as consequence it any indulgences), intimate communications (office romances not an invention), the worthy salary, aspiration to stability and more many other things follow. Thus you tell to associates at all it. After all you will not tell to friends that you are afraid of changes; to the wife that you are lazy. And too can to say the truth that we frequently and do. And so, the proprietor of business of such luxury cannot allow itself. If you do not tell yourselves the truth about own acts and motives, about your errors, your business is doomed to defeat. For opening of own business all incentive motives approach. But from the very beginning of the activity learn not to deceive itself. If you begin the business to provide yourselves with job on for the rest of the life, or to become indecently rich person you should realise it. No trouble in such approach is not present: ideas become outdated, the psychology varies with the years. Through any time, at a new vital stage, all reconsider anew, but again without deceiving itself. Why I give it so much attention? If from the very beginning you start to tell yourselves the truth about yourselves, correctly to analyze motives of the actions it will be much easier to overcome the difficult periods. When affairs go badly, very much there is no saying to themselves the truth. It would be desirable itself to keep, regret. The matter is that all affairs in your organisation, in your life depend only on you. Affairs go well it you the good fellow. Go badly it you at all the good fellow. And stories about a bad world conjuncture in this case will not help. Badly it means, badly. The result speaks for itself. You are guilty, have found not those employees, have begun business, without having counted more and more thoroughly, have dared to spend a spare cash, were too lazy to read attentively the contract, etc. The sober analysis of a situation with impartial analysis of own errors will help you to cope with difficulties and to come out from crisis by the winner. But it is possible only at the truthful and objective relation to as to the proprietor of business.
