A management — deliberate activity. In spite of the fact that not all from this that is done by heads, they do deliberately (as always there is a place for the errors, not counted actions and unforeseen reactions), the management is an intended influence by means of the power on the person or group of people that they operated in a certain direction.2. People are necessary for a management. It can seem axiomatic, however those who will follow them, as an essence of leadership that one person somehow influences another (or others) are necessary to leaders. As a result the managerial effectiveness is based often not on what type of the person of the head, and on what types of the person at its subordinates. And more than possibly that the range of their types will appear the widest. 3. The management is an application of the power. Heads who during the critical moments are able to address to own power sources and the power, own a secret of success and effective job. It is important to underline that the power of the head is not neither positive, nor negative — it simply exists. How it will use it, will already depend on its decisions. There are different kinds of the power. The personal authority is what the person possesses, and in its basis charisma, personal charm, knowledge, skills and abilities lie. The organizational power are powers with which the person is allocated with collective; it is in dependence from will or belief of this collective. Departure of this power is carried out by means of the posts allowing the one who occupies them, to exercise administration and the financial control, to have the certain status and to use possibility to encourage and punish other people. There are also mixed versions of the power. The understanding of system and its bureaucratic mechanisms (that is knowledge of on whom the success of business actually depends, and ability to dispose of it, using corresponding levers) is that, for example; for this purpose it is required both personal, and the organizational power. ![]()
