Sometimes so it would not be desirable to answer questions of participants. Probably, the question is set not on a subject and interrupts current explanations. Or it concerns a material which you plan to open more deeply in the future. To react on such it is possible in the different ways. Or simply to postpone a question, having told that you will respond to it later. It will allow to continue presentation, but attention asked a question you lose until will respond and do not satisfy its curiosity. It is better to answer nevertheless a question – short, having told that else will return to it later and will respond more in detail. Remember – answering questions, you recognise the right of participants to an active position in educational process, and it solves, whether the participant will be happy with a seminar.After repeated representation of the program you already heard 95 % of all possible questions. Therefore can try to anticipate them, responding in advance. If your program overripe and nonflexible, it loses spontaneity and freshness, and participants will lose chances of interaction with you. One more kind of reaction to undesirable questions – temporarily not to notice them. Can look and as though not to see the raised hand that will allow to you time to finish thought and possibility not to create impression as if you do not pay attention to needs of participants.
Be cautious with fans of speeches. They can spoil all program. There is a category of people which wish to pay for registration for the sake of possibility to spend own "seminar". Such do not set questions, but act with speeches, wishing to charm the ego. That they speak, does not concern a subject at all. They only bother the participants, come to listen to you. It is necessary to learn to stop them, without forcing to redden. It is possible to give the short answer and without a stop to continue the speech. Use a question of such participant as "bridge" – transition to following point.
In certain cases pertinently to distribute awards or certificates on the termination in the end of a seminar or after successful end of the test. It promotes growth of popularity of your program as similar certificates can be inserted into frameworks and to hang up on a wall – on a foreground.
