SponsorshipThe university, the trading, professional or any other organisation offering the program in own frameworks and paying directly presenting seminar can be sponsors. The sponsor can improve reputation and the status if it is anyhow connected with the known and prestigious organisation. If you are not renowned, and your sponsor is known enough, it will borrow you for a while "cloak" of the reputation. If the organisation is known on all country, preservation of its sponsorship during a seminar will help with different regions to a recognition of your professionalism and erudition all who respects her. But if the sponsor is known only in one staff and to refer to it it is possible only there. In other places of advantage from it do not wait.
To save sponsorship, the program should: 1) To be attractive and interesting to the sponsoring organisation valuable to its members and for the market served by it; 2) To be presented by the experts formed, capable and having good reputation responding standards of the sponsoring organisation; 3) To involve "qualitative" participants – useful to long-term objectives and directions of the sponsor.
To strengthen appeal of the program to any sponsor it is possible, having learnt its point of view (especially if that differs from yours). If you do business on creation and presentation of new programs be the businessman by nature, i.e. risk, being guided by profit. The sponsoring organisations to risk do not like, so all responsibility for destiny of a seminar will lay down on your shoulders. Probably, sponsoring organisation is bureaucratical, and it means that you should balance between their methods of job and that are based on successful seminar experience. Such balance not only will provide success of the program, but also will make its desired for the sponsor.
Let it will be easy to it to work with you. Ask the former clients and sponsors to write the letters of recommendation of support containing data on efficiency and success (profitableness) of your program, and also on efficiency of joint job with you.
