So in the heat of our holiday idea Virgin Airways though the airline has really started to operate was born when we already had a developed business idea. For twenty one year we have passed a way from hiring of the charter plane before space travel.After returning with Dzhoan to London from our holiday I have been concentrated to the purpose: to buy island Neker. I have made some investigation. It was found out that owner Nekera was not rich, it therefore, probably, so anything on island and has not constructed. I also have found out that he hastily sells island because to it are extremely necessary two hundred thousand pounds on house construction in London. It was that sum which I offered the agent. It seems that my offer has appeared absolutely exact!
The unique problem consisted that two hundred thousand pounds at me were not so still it was necessary to occupy them somewhere, I have offered the owner of hundred seventy five thousand which at me too was not found. My offer has been rejected. I have postponed this business and was engaged in job. In three months to me have called and have told that my island if I give for it of hundred eighty thousand pounds sterling. Under treaty provisions I also have been obliged to construct the house and water-desalinating installation that during five years to make island suitable for habitation. It flew in it. But I have been assured that money for it somehow yes will be, it and has agreed.
Now I only needed to get money to buy island of my dream. The demanded sum seemed inaccessible, but I have sworn to achieve the object, I promised to myself that I will find money for island purchase, it and I have found them, taking some loans in banks and having occupied the rest from friends and members of a family.
