They quickly open before them the plans, values and principles and even such data which are considered deeply personal; quite often thanks to it they carry away behind themselves others, being guided by the propensity to do all property of publicity. Here the motto, quite their worthy: «that you see you receive». Deriving strength in an external world and paying it the basic attention, extroverts usually well understand people and in collectives and reach for them. Hence, as leaders extroverts aspire to open verbal dialogue which opens more, than conceals. Potential weakness of the head-extrovert is that: it can speak, explain and share plans irrespective of, whether demand from it it and whether somebody listens to it. Being are more inclined to conversations and dialogue, than to auscultation and reflexions, extroverts can keep with great difficulty only at themselves fruits of the thinking, without caring of that, how much it will be useful for the personnel or the command. They can anticipate also in the actions those or other decisions and ideas which yet did not take place public discussion. On the other hand, extroverts cannot betray the ideas, even half-baked, the widest publicity. Here we with a warm feeling recollect Rondella, the manager from small retail shop. It was there the unique extrovert: all six its employees were introverts. ![]()
