To the first question of logic almost invariably responded that the conflict is an inevitable process which finally goes on advantage to creative thinking. Among their definitions were such: «creative pressure», «when two reasons do not agree in opinion» and «opposition it».
As to it they gave in the answer of a variation to a subject about disharmony and how it is important — to avoid it at any cost. They described the conflict is more often, using words "stressful", "emotionally strained" and "annoying".
In reply to the second question of logic informed us that with working conflicts consult so: they acquire the facts, discuss problems and develop a course of their decision. At the same time ethics noticed that they listen to the feelings, blame itself for occurrence of the conflict and often find out physical reactions, in particular, it, shouts and tears.
From the point of view of the spectator
In the course of job with group of heads in which the intense and open confrontation has just come to the end, we tried to help to understand to these people to realise that has occurred also what lesson they can take from an event. Here were both the injured feelings, and the restrained vanity. One ENTJ, speaking loudly and is a lot of, with genuine enthusiasm shared the impressions about that, this event was how much fascinating. He has told:« It resembled as though you have adjusted a family van to a field of fight and observed of how someone have pierced through, someone has received sharp blow in a stomach, and someone, limping, departed aside ». Present at ethics group have been shaken by that speaking which has been so actively involved in the conflict and at the same time showed such dispassionateness, describing so sated personal experiences from a position of the spectator. However it was the logician and operated quite consistently: participated in the conflict in such degree in what satisfied the requirement for clearness and frankness and at the same time not so plunged into it in the personal relation.
