As it was already marked, within the limits of one department or branch there is a tendency of the same selection of employees. Those who works in departments of sales, appear extroverts and it more often; the accounts department involves mainly it and logicians, and departments of research jobs are filled up with owners of intuitive and logic preferences. As to employees of personnel services here often there are sensorno-ethical types.
However it is necessary to remember that irrespective of character of activity of department, the probability of is rather great that its employees should report to the logician-ratsionalom. Similar can lead to such tendencies, as search "right" both "guilty" and division by a principle "we" and "they": as we are so unanimous (after all all of us are typologically similar) as the boss can disagree with us? More often this results from the fact that the boss concerns other type. The understanding of this simple motive of behaviour underlies improvement of command job and dialogue within the limits of office.
The second factor which it is impossible to lose sight, is that: other parts of system (for example, other departments which can differ cardinally from each other) are completely shipped in job on achievement of an overall objective of the company. So at us does not remain drops of doubts concerning that if representatives of different types learn to communicate effectively, it simply should go on advantage to a made product. Extroverts, working hand in hand with introverts, learn to listen to others better. Introverts, in turn, looking at extroverts, learn to speak more freely. It thanks to intuitionalists learn to see the matter more widely, and intuitionalists, co-operating with it, learn to cover business practical sides, and so on. As a result, if the department of researches where intuitive logicians usually prevail, can effectively co-operate with personnel service where prevail touch ethics the probability of will increase that the total result of research in a greater degree will satisfy those to whom it intends. When all it is not known to us, we usually only sneer at other departments, as they so are not similar to ours instead of recognising all utility of their activity.
