Mrs. Dzhill wished to make for a long time a pillow embroidered by colour threads for the liked armchair. It delayed job as it seemed to it that it was necessary to think over many details before it could begin embroidery. At last, reasonably having decided that it should begin once if it in general is going to to make planned, Mrs. Dzhill has gone to make necessary purchases.It has spent some weeks, selecting a suitable basis and threads. The saleswoman has convinced her of one shop that, first of all, it should take place a monthly course of history and technics of embroidery. Having ended a course, Mrs. Dzhill has decided that it can receive the best threads, only having reserved them by mail.
It has led to a new delay for six weeks as it directed inquiries is rather exemplary threads, received them, asked other samples, received also them, and, at last, has made the choice.
Having collected all necessary materials, Mrs. Dzhill has found out that it does not have suitable place for sewing. She has decided to arrange properly a free room, to clean therefrom all unnecessary stuff, to change there illumination. On it one more month has left.
Now she has asked the husband that it has made to it a special box for materials as it did not like that she saw in shops. Has passed even two weeks. When, at last, it has thought over each detail, has eliminated the slightest possibility of an error or inconvenience and all has put in order, to it so all has become loathsome that she has decided to postpone sewing for uncertain time.
The morals of this story are simple: preparatory stages can carry away so you that you can kill all enterprise during their realisation. Earlier I have told that any task is comprehensible as stimulating change as it has some relation to "to very heavy business"it-1". But this task should be short and easy. It should lead you to business end"it-1".
If the purpose "it-it ' at Mrs. Dzhill consisted in clearing interest to various aspects of sewing she has achieved the object. But if its purpose was reduced to creation of a new pillow it has shamefully failed.
